A young girl of seven who was diagnosed with Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) at the age of one and half months old. Is SCD curable?
Introduction:
Did you even believe that an individual diagnosed with Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) at the age of one and half months, who could barely walk even at age six, could be cured of SCD and be symptom free and enjoy normal life?
Well from my training and experience in conventional wisdom and as a Health care provider in conventional medicine, I initially thought any individual with SCD was incurable and was bound to be in pain and on drugs for the rest of his or her life and of course will not live too long.
But the above thought from conventional wisdom changed after I studied Natural Medicine and Detoxification. As I began to practice natural wellness, Ethel, the six year old girl with SCD and its complication confirmed this new belief. In natural medicine, we are also thought that the body can heal itself of any disease except that the individual has to provide the right healing environment through a better diet and a better lifestyle. According to Dr. Morse in his book the Detox Miracle handbook, there are three main things that can make a person sick and these are acids, toxins and tissue weakness. Any person in very good health has less toxins and less acids.
When Ethel was presented at Health Talk on her first visit, she was really sick and could not walk because of the complications of the SCD. She had to be carried by her mother on her back. Her vaso-occlusive disorder was too intense and she would cry her heart out if you attempted to make her walk.
The aggressive detox program for Ethel was started on the first visit; she had complete overhaul of her diet with a change from meat eating to a complete vegan diet. She was seriously advised to follow the entire natural laws of health. Within eleven days into the program of detoxification and tissue regeneration for Ethel, hope came through the door and Ethel for the first time could walk without support and the general body pain had subsided significantly. After at least 2 years Ethel has now a normal lifestyle as a girl in second grade and all the SCD symptoms have disappeared.
This has been a puzzle to the parents of Ethel. They cannot simply understand why there is some serious contrast in clinical opinions in the management of chronic killer diseases. Why were they told that their daughter had to live and die with SCD, when she could get better with natural alternatives which are not very common to the public? Ethel’s parents cannot simply believe their daughter couldnow live a normal life with the diagnoses of SCD and with her new healing program, she has no symptom and her live blood analysis does not show sickling cells.
Apart from the good and hopeful story of Ethel, many young adults with SCD who have been through Health Talk Limited with several complications are now learning their new lessons with SCD. They are all learning the hard way that the SCD can be cured. Why are these children with SCD getting rid of all their symptoms?
The answer is simple. We are what we eat! When the acidic diet of processed foods and animal protein is changed to Raw Vegan diet, the sickling hemoglobin begins to change shape. This happens when the blood ph becomes more alkaline. These SCD patients get even better when they follow strictly all the natural health laws.
My Advice:
What can one make out from the above story? There is hope for the many SCD patients out there. SCD patients can cure themselves by completely eliminating all the symptoms associated with the disease, but you have to go about it Gods way. Let us take a clue from the Bible; “And Said if thou will diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord that healeth thee”.
If we fall sick we should understand that we have violated the laws of our being and stop blaming God. For God is too wise to err and too good to cause us harm.
